Maturation in oak barrels (new/one wine/two wines) over 12 months, with intermediary racking

Characteristically Malepère, this wine combines the finesse and elegance of wines from the west of France with the body and aromatic complexity of southern wines : Chocolate aroma, strawberry jam, slightly peppery, structured, elegant and gourmet mouth
